I bought a new Razer Blackshark during the previous PC Fair in December. However, last 2 weeks we were moving to a new place and somehow the headphone cable was snapped during the moving process. I don't know how it happened because I wasn't there.
Do you think the store would let me claim warranty? Any ideas? Or should I find someone to fix/attach it?
Thanks in advance.
P/S: The store will not be opened till after CNY. That's why I'm asking here first.
Send back to Singapore :\ Self bear the returning shipping fee though.
But in the email, they said only will return the mouse once done warrant. Didn't expect to be a full new box with different serial code
Well, I am not sure if mine is a different case. Bought at a local store in December PC Fair. Still got the receipt tho. I don't know whether I should straight go to ban leong or to the store first.
i believe the RMA will done thru ban leong since u bought it locally.. i did my RMA for my imperator with ALL IT, i got a new box of imperator... old one they took back together with the box.. i think Razer don't repair faulty gear, they will just replace a new one for u.. this is my experience though
I know, many people did the same. However when I read back the warranty terms, it pretty much doesn't cover stuff like damages from natural disaster, misuse, accidents and stuff. Or is it just me or am I too stupid to understand? Haha.
squeaking sound has been happening on razer mouses ever since diamondback time...so can be considered 'normal'. after u use for awhile it should be gone...just wait for the plastic to season...
But you can apply some grease right? Although I'm not sure whether or not that will void the warranty. Haha.
i have done survey around and found out that Razer Nostromo fits comfortably than Logitech G13 while Logitech G13 built quality is much better than Razer Nostromo (some user complain of Razer Nostromo dont stay still properly and it
Many thanks and have a nice day!
Logitech is indeed built in high quality. Have you tried the Razer Orbweaver?
ayam ni foreveralone single player (But 1 thing, I sometime feels the macro key of BW is a bit 'too far' from my WSAD...)
But that review dude did give a good point: the thumb rest. Since that thumb button is highly sensitive now, means cannot simply place my thumbs on it. However, while trying the hand gesture on ordinary keyboard now, I hardly rest my thumb on the keyboard... not to mention during gaming Really need to try one myself before decide anything
I think the Orbweaver is great. Based on LinusTechTips quick review at CES, even the D-pad is mechanical. So shouldn't be a problem. If you're a single player like I am, I'd assign tons of functional macros for fun. Haha. Like a button to run a specific program and do this and that in order.
