Hi all,

If im buying from razerzone, how to claim the warranty?
Cursor not moving issue..hmm..

Can i bring it to the Malaysia Official Razer Distributor to help me claim for it or send it to razer by asking the RMA #?

Usually, how long it take to get back the item to me.?

Banleong representative just called me. They cannot help to send it to warranty since the item is not from Malaysia.
So i need to send it by myself..sigh..how much la pulak the shipment..sad.gif
