I've sent an email to Razer, only to be told " It is normal for wireless devices to have delays when changing settings. Please plug the mouse in wired mode for immediate effect." TWICE after my long winded explanation to them.
I literally vomit blood on the spot.
I clearly said, it took minutes when switching DPI , they told me its normal.

copy paste that, post on razer fb...and watch the flames towards whoever in razer posted that...
same here.. Having problem with window 8... When I first get my blackwidow ultimate.. my synapse can detect it and stated black widow is plugged but no setting can be done.. After uninstall & reinstall synapse.. Still the same... After that,re-download the lastest synapse from razer website. Now my blackwidow work like charm...

remove keycap blow it with air gun or anything just make sure no water enter.
I have a problem here , i believe my razer orca wire loose.Now i only can hear the right but the left spoiled . My razer warranty just ended ,can anyone tell me is it got any solution without warranty instead of throw it?
