Hi guys, i live nearby the project. it is located between bangi lama and and kampung sungai merab or, between two plus exits which are the bandar bukit mahkota/seri putra and bandar baru bangi/ukm as u all already know. I think currently they are building the show house/unit/office in between jalan bangi and plus highway. i'll keep you guys posted from time to time. Personally i think they will build a road which merge into jalan bangi which is 5 minutes away from UKM main campus. Another note is that if they fail to bid for the new exit, it will be a cumbersome for motorist as the jalan bangi itself is already heavily congested during the rush hours. I mean really really congested. Here are some pictures. Don't worry, pictures taken during a complete standstill while driving the congested road.

QUOTE(Pezu @ Jul 27 2013, 08:53 PM) Greeting guys any tered for this project? BSP will launch a mix condo, named PUTRA SATU ( amended from disapproved PUTRA ONE), to be categorised as luxury condo, priced at 350-400psf, size from 850-1200 sf, 5 blocks of low rise and 1 high rise block, total 500 units. Personally, i find this UM LAND condo project is really ambitious considering the location for a luxurious condo. It s a nice plan and layout though! Probably umland factore in future development plan in the pipeline that we the general public x really know. Go check it out guys,,,,, oh BSP = bandar seri putra in bangi? Yep. Confirm with sales agent today at midvalley (they having property fair at the moment), they are confident on building the PLUS exit AND another exit into jalan bangi-which then a good news to cater UKM students. They have show/model unit in nouvelle hotel but the one theyre building is a proper one. Another note for whom it may concern, the nuclear agensi definitley nearby, if im not mistaken they are producing about 1kilowatt energy worth and due to increase for 10 kilowatt in near future (is it low radiation? im not sure how does it relates to health risk anyway).

It is very risky investment.we see how bad topix handle the disaster in japan. i can't image how worst our lazy govt officer handle when it happen. maybe leaking also not lead out to media. |

QUOTE(tikaram @ Sep 4 2013, 09:54 AM) look like with the nearby nucler facilities only 2km. It is very risky investment. You know, it's interesting that MS always get a piece of "GOOD" land in the south, take GR in Cyberjaya for example which is like 500m to the KV largest oil retainment facility, and now this Southville so close to the nuclear agency. I guess due to the cheap purchase price? Anybody know the psf of this huge tract of land?we see how bad topix handle the disaster in japan. i can't image how worst our lazy govt officer handle when it happen. maybe leaking also not lead out to media. |

nuklear agency.. no worries, worked there before.. no nuclear just a small rod (using for research purposed) and low level of radiation. I bought 2 house at Tmn Impian Putra near Bandar Sri Putra... well as you all say Malay resident and some wealthy Malay Bungalows... but still at bangi lama area there's perumahan that consist more than 90 chinese and indian.

I too don't see any risk regarding the nuclear agency. It has been there for a long time now. And its just a research center. An exit to UKM will definitely be a plus point.
Special preview is scheduled in end Sept. Am looking forward to what MS has to offer |

Am looking forward to what MS has to offer It's been there for more than 40 years, and it's just a research centre. If one wants to compare it to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant in Japan, that's a power GENRATING plant, like comparing an ant hill to Mount Fiji. |
