Ya the damansara Sentral land is a small piece compared to southville city land which is a township n becoz of it's location near to future mrt station, it was bought at a high price recently so mah sing has to build high density n sell at high price

It seems the high premium and price of land is the main factor, no chance to see a cool down of house-price in immediate future I think, no even in a decade. We have to live with it.

exactly,,,,,

is it really supply n demand factor, or high premium charged by authority (govt), or both.

if the premium is high, well,,,,, the authority (govt) policy x in the best interest of rakyat,,,,,i'm not accusing, just wondering.

Same logic lah, if sugar price increase by RM0.10 per KG, price of coffee increase by RM0.20 per CUP

Check the article about mah sing s projects in the Star.

Amongst others highlighted, mah sing will develop AFFORDABLE houses in sungai buloh, priced at 650-750psf inclusive discount will be 600-650psf.

I don't know to cry or to laugh,,,,,,,, affordable to whom with that kind of price? When buyers have to pay about half of their salary for home financing for 30-35 yrs, it is not a joke. We are made to perceived that that level of financing and pricing are ok for us to swallow, leaving not much room for general public to lead quality life. Something is really really not right, and I know this is not new to us.

I honestly feel it is on the high side, but still ok. If purchasing as a couple, still should be manageable. After all, in our lifetime, we only need 1 house, right? Or multiple houses so that we can spend our weekends at different holiday homes for every alternate weekends?

There must always be a range of products which are out of reach for the masses, that will only cater for those who have made it in life. It's the law of life, your binomial distribution graph. With the public transport line beginning to shape up, especially for the Greater Klang Valley, as long as places are connected, I am fine. I think its unrealistic to expect to stay in prime areas within Klang Valley if you are not earning much.

Greeting guys

BSP will launch a mix condo, named PUTRA SATU ( amended from disapproved PUTRA ONE), to be categorised as luxury condo, priced at 350-400psf, size from 850-1200 sf, 5 blocks of low rise and 1 high rise block, total 500 units.

Personally, i find this UM LAND condo project is really ambitious considering the location for a luxurious condo. It s a nice plan and layout though!

Probably umland factore in future development plan in the pipeline that we the general public x really know.

Go check it out guys,,,,,

I'm not saying that I have multiple houses. Just saying that the current price, where people can only afford 1 house in their lifetime, is just nice.
