Southville = maybe bigger bult up, confirm G&G, very near to highway,

Sp Setia Ecohill = smaller built up, nont G&G, veyr deep inside to be built highway

But, if you have holding power. The return for Ecohill ( vs Southville) could be higher due to the already lower 150k entry price.

Villecity commercial not easy to make it unless mah shng build a lot condo.

I am aiming for both Villecity and Ecohill next year.

In long term. Greenary will always win.
