My boss who has good connection told me that preview is on 18/9. Apart from landed, there will b apartments priced at below RM300k and shops (2 storey) priced at around RM1.3 mil. U guys think shop is worth investing at that price? My boss is confident as he said that once the whole place of >400 acres is development, the catchment is big enough to sustain and also Bangi will eventually be Wong as people are moving away from KL because of price. He believed public transport system esp. MRT will bring Bangi nearer to the city. Any views?

hi guys, i had a talk with ukm students (local), according to him, most of the local students choose to stay in campus, because of the availability and..cheap. Only foreign students live outside.

I have also checked the demographic chart for bangi vs semenyih, turn out that semenyih+kajang have more chinese, whereas Bangi are majority Malay

I am ex-UKM student. Dont think local students will want to rent at southville, which has to pay toll everyday to go to uni?
still majority staying in campus, those staying outside campus mainly stay at: (1) Bandar baru bangi jalan 3/xx area (2) Taman Tenaga , etc. |
