i spoke to one very ambitious SA, he say 1-2 years after completion confirm reach 500k and above. So 5 years with 200k profit translate to around 70% in 5 years, or 14% per year.

If I manage to grab 1 unit, I will sell to the said SA @ 450k or 10% disc from 500k
