7rooms, g-2rooms, 1st flr-3rooms, 2nd flr-2rooms,,,, what a number!
price, not issued yet? but, its developer always comes up with very competitive price, plus speedy delivery.
TransLoyal vs MahSing, probably totally 2 different categories of players, but for budget buyers, TL may has the competitive edge hands down. This may put MS to come up with very very competitive strategy and concept to beat. just personal opinion. cheers.

For the condo, RM280,000 is bumi price. For non bumi, price is RM300,000 onwards
Think its 3,000 units over 8 blocks, high density

so 300k for a property in bangi, seriously?
90% loan, 30 years loan tenure, interest rate ~4.2%, plus maintenance would bring monthly loan installment to RM1500. wondering if this area can fetch RM1500? hows the rental around this area? who would be the target tenants? UKM students?

700k for a freehold landed 3 storey n gated n guarded is very doable looking at current bullish prop market...I bet sales will b damn good! My guess is many purchaser will lock in and majority will plan to own stay...
