To scrap 2 storey link n changed it to 3 storey to sell at much higher price point at more than 700k is a bad move. I hope mahsing did a proper survey to know the demographic n income level there at bangi. Dont expect many buyers from klangvalley....

Yes, was told by their staff when i book a 20 x70. Before that i dont know this project, i consider southvelle 20x65 Rm5xxk and ecohill Rm4xxk, but southvelle no interest to build 20x65 and ecohill a bit deep inside, finally a found this bangi avenue.

i saw at google map that it near to putrajaya and highway, a bit short distance to KL compare to BA, but nuclear agency also close
