Currenty, the offer price for link house is slightly similar to M Residence @ Rawang superlink which at 551,800 for LA22x80 BU2380Sf which PpSF = 232. However the land area and the built up for SVC linkhse is yet to be announced. If Im not mistaken, phase 1 @ 214 unit last time offer price starting at 390k LA18x70 BU 1650 which PpSF = 236 is already sold out. MR@R absorption rate is pretty steady due to good accessibility, surrounding amenities and overall master plan.

With this new SVC with entry price of 530k for LH, for investment purposes I don't think it will be worthy comparing to MR@R.
