no comments. about garden resi. one external agent recently asked me if interested. he says normal discount is 17% (true??) but he can give me 30 (?!)

GR overall looking good, price dropped due to over supply, not a surprise for all high end projects in cyber.

some ppl let go their bungalow with low price in sub-sale

I don't feel surprise if MS can offer big disc to unload their existing stock

maybe he knew u got no money buy.. so he give 30% discount to make u drop saliver? In cantonese, they said mosquitos biting your ball...

dont flame me ah. the agent mentioned the big discount is necessary because ltv for cyber for most banks is now 70, maybe 80 for preferred customer. i never mentioned that i know about the ltv cut.

Bank must be over cautious if its higher price product...

This is riskier category...

For property less than 500k inthink they wont be so cautious...

Still can unload at auction market and can recoup almost 100 if not slightly less than original amount
