dont flame me ah. brows.gif the agent mentioned the big discount is necessary because ltv for cyber for most banks is now 70, maybe 80 for preferred customer. i never mentioned that i know about the ltv cut.

for some big timer below 500k they just cash buy. get 70ltv pay 30dp also not an issue for those using loans as whenever wherever whatever they buy ltv is 70 anyway for 3rd property onwards.

dev unload with big discount also helps a lot..with sales. certainly does not help subsales.
