Education is good enough... Although D'pulze mini, but more crowded than malls in putrajaya. Putrajaya not allow night-life, no alcohol nor "bak ku teh", and also can't really have dogs as pet...no offence to muslim friends. Cyberjaya also MNC area with lots of expacs, public transports is good..coming soon another hospital where recently announced in newspaper. properties market value higher and rental market higher too

from GR, i could access into SQ, DP quite easily. In fact, GR enjoyed the best of both world. With Putrajaya Sentral station nearby, MRT station plus HSR stop...Off course, IOI City Mall already beat everything in CBJ. Anyway, Skypark Cyberjaya nearby and with the future CCC will provide more facilities.

Whole cyberjaya 7k plus acres land area only wor, so difficult fm east to west north to south meh? Since also can move in to be cyberian then should be ok within cyber to cyber area la... Haha.. But actually I want close to union school, can cycling send my kid there 😆😆😆

Malaysia airlines pilot , even in their heyday, cannot be so dumb right ? To pay 200k premium more than market ? Too hard sell GR that fellow whoever he was.

No need to promote. GR is pretty fine as it is now. With the traffic lights installing at the persiaran APEC and coming many commercial, it is just a matter of time.

With the current situation and loan issue, we will see many others. Don't be surprised to see the other beloved project coming to auction too. It is really bad now
