Hi, clubhouse subscription is rm200 per month, and for link house, the maintenance is less than rm200 while for jacaranda is rm250. Ms has not fixed the price yet as all units are given first year for free

nobody knows the actual maintenance fee as no one pays yet. Once MS hand over to RA and if most of the buyers are flippers, see how they collect the maint fees, with or without DMS.

G&G no RA required? That means the developer will maintain it or a professional firm will maintain it? My side is G&G but not strata. The developer is still maintaining so we are quite clueless how it work.

Check your DMC, developer will handle it for certain period then handover to RA.
