SEG is only Rm 400~ for semi D n Rm 300 for LV all in.
better value for every dollar spent! wink.gif

yupe, that is why I am considering SEG although the terrace is almost the same price as the GR semi-d ! I guess GR is smaller neighbourhood that's why so expensive

Hi, clubhouse subscription is rm200 per month, and for link house, the maintenance is less than rm200 while for jacaranda is rm250. Ms has not fixed the price yet as all units are given first year for free wink.gif

The SA told me it could be RM400 depending on the volume of membership subscribed. Which make sense because the membership is not mandated, so if less ppl join, the fee is definitely higher.

nobody knows the actual maintenance fee as no one pays yet. Once MS hand over to RA and if most of the buyers are flippers, see how they collect the maint fees, with or without DMS.

Yeah, with price tag of 1.2 for Semi-D, it's either Kajang or Cyberjaya. With Semenyih and Bangi coming up, potential of growth is there...

G&G no RA required? That means the developer will maintain it or a professional firm will maintain it? My side is G&G but not strata. The developer is still maintaining so we are quite clueless how it work.

Check your DMC, developer will handle it for certain period then handover to RA.
