Bro, i've heard about the Aqua Sphere K180+ and Kayenne googles as i was searching for good quality goggles after my Speedo Fastskin3 has been worn out. Aqua Sphere, the new brand that rises along with Michael Phelps as ambassador as he had ended his long history partnership with Speedo since the age of 15 (Sydney 2000 Olympics). I'm currently wanted to buy either K180+ (if available) or Kayenne. May i know where i can walk in to purchase in Malaysia? Amazon doesn't ship Aqua Sphere products outside North America.

Try keypower sports, its in Gardens shopping complex top floor, located between speedo outlet and nike

They carry aqua sphere brand, not sure if they brought in gogles in malaysia

From googlemap it seems like only 700m away from bukit jalil lrt station - star lrt or watever they call it.

I still prefer Bukit Jalil.. the best so far..

Sadly Melawati club has gone bust.. otherwise it was also another good one.. near my house.

Thanks, I'll try go bukit jalil one day.

Not sure about other places though, but in KL you can get it in any rip curl outlets

one in KLCC:

one in Fahrenheit88(see the goggles on the right):

Thanks for the info bro, I'll visit the Sunway Pyramid one. Hope they got carry K180+. I guess it would be priced around RM160+? Still cheaper than Speedo Fastskin3 mirror goggles (RM200).

Does Rip Curl carry Aqua Sphere jammer too?

1. Bangsar - rm2 per session of about 2 hours (they have specific schedule) on weekdays and rm3 on weekends.
2. UM - student free, outsider rm1 per session of 2 hours, not open on weekends. but currently they close to don't know when, notice written 'until further notice'.

for me usually for swim attire buy one size smaller than your usual clothing

i think all swim strokes can help reduce stomach if you engage your core muscle correctly while swimming. but of course the most engaging in core muscle is butterfly. i also cannot do haha

the dolphin kick is the one that engages the core and it should be relatively easy to practice as well. Just incorporate it into the kick off from the wall after each lap while doing breaststroke or front crawl.

You can buy normal goggles in most shopping malls, for example if AEON JAYA JUSCO in their swimming sections, plenty of goggles. Or in specific store brand like speedo or arena. there are also sport shop in malls like Royal Sporting House or Sport Direct that has swimming sections. If you want the one with power for myopia, most of them have but perhaps limited choices of power and design. You can ask them to show you.

I am shortsighted too but feel no need of such goggles, as in the water we usually can see clearly due to the refraction. but I usually use contact lense with goggles because I teach and I want to be able to look at people while talking. though there's some risk in wearing lenses in pools if you are not careful.
