hahaha...no need to train for 6-7 km at pool...if u manage to swim 2-3 km at pool equal to 6 km open water... psychology is the most important in open water...usually we start our session around 8 pm ended at 10.30 pm..i'll pm u my contact no in case u coming
*
really only 2-3km that means about 100 length on a 25m? i'm very interested in the event, however i've only swim back since 20 years and relearn it.. i wonder if i can be fit enough by then if i train daily.. i haven't work out for quite a while..

as i found out from totalimmersion.. they practice a different kind of freestyle.. is that what you guys doing too?

If you lay on your back or does handstand, the water will go in since air bubble tend to escape from nose.
Just dont know how to prevent it besides nose plug. hmm.gif

Is it possible to get swiming googles with power of 650 each eyes?

i'm using 500 on each eyes.. if u want to get the whole goggle get the lower power from both eyes, since we don't really need perfect vision in the water.. and overpower lens is bad for the eye.. cause when in the water it magnify things too.. so just lower than your actual power is fine...

however if the diff is too much like 200/500.. you might want to consider assemble one out of each.. i'm using View.. the price of assemble one and whole set is not much different...
