QUOTE(Mickey C @ Nov 22 2012, 08:43 AM) There is one though at Bandar Sri Damansara club, but its an odd-shape pool. Not a good place to do laps |

Just went to swim at Bukit Jalil, the only thing i like is the chilly water and deep pool, other things aren't kept well (what a shame for a national stadium) . Other than that, KJ has the best changing room (after renovation).

In Australia, there are usually 2 areas to shower in the changing room (open or enlcosed). Usually, people (& me) would just shower in the open area and yes naked......seems pretty normal haha

QUOTE(lls119 @ Apr 12 2013, 03:56 PM) initiate the kick from ur abdomen, transfer the force to your thigh and it will translate into your lower leg's movement. Avoid using your knee to initiate the movement of your leg as it will create drag and no propulsion/float. |

QUOTE(healthesick @ Jun 9 2014, 01:43 PM) Honestly, there are quite some numbers of videos out there showing freestyle technique. Just grab the basic concept (breathing, stroke & body positioning, kicking, timing) then fine tune those things to your own body. Most importantly, be patient and confident. |
