Anyone found any effective and lasting anti-fog methods for goggles ?
So far, spit i think is unhygienic, baby shampoo i think not good long term getting into the eyes.

QUOTE(roadie @ Nov 6 2018, 12:43 PM) is there any shop in KL/PJ that sells the nose bridge part of the goggles? my fav goggles broke that part Most of us just use cable tie, then cut off the excess. Works pretty much the same, just don't look pretty. But inside pool, cannot see it anyway. QUOTE(yahiko @ Jan 24 2019, 11:15 AM) quick question: You don't need to be able to stay stationary at the deep end. Just swim normally lah....i can swim normal pool ( not taller than my height) and i am trying to swim deep pool but there is a fear there and i dont know how to stand swim yet so does anyone take classes to learn stand swimming or you just learn yourself in deep pool The fear as you said is just psychological. I see some very good swimmers, but went come to deeper water they become scared. |
