I think maybe some of the unit having defect problem after built, I do read before some buyer's comment on other Masteron Project having good quality.

D Aman is low density Condo, but actually nearby Taman Mas already had a lot residence unit, Condo X2, double storey, pangsapuri and the other Masteron Project just located behind D Aman => Koi Prima, total unit could be 1000.

In future, there were possibility Taman Mas will become another Taman Puchong Perdana because a lot people start to move in to the area.

And behind D Aman was new developed industrial area. So I guess in future maybe bank will come in to open branch? rclxm9.gif

think a lot who bought D'Aman also first time buyers... few friends of mine also first time...
think the normal concern is just the launching and SNP delay... if you dont mind waiting one then go ahead... i see Koi kinrara quality not bad... so hopefully D'Aman same quality or better...

anyway, anyone knows is the referral program still on? few months ago still got when i refer a fren... just weeks ago another fren went and book, the SA said no more vmad.gif mad.gif

Summary is this project started soft launched last year, the snp and launching time had been delayed for more than 1 year plus. Last time price was about 400k before 10% rebate. Now is about 450k before 10% rebate. Sound like during the official launching, the price gonna go up again.

Wing 1 70% sold out, wing 2 should be around 50% sold out (after last month property fair in Mid Valley). A lot buyer already waited more than 1 years for the official launching, they got the cheaper price, I just booked July 2013, higher price. So, actually there were some buyer cancelled their booking (can get back 3k deposit without penalty), but still have some new buyer go in and book the unit.

Anyway if compared to other project surrounding Puchong, D Aman still the cheaper with 400+ per sf. Place like IOI, Setia Walk and Puteri Hills already reached 600 to 700 price per sf. Area like Puchong South that far a bit also about 500 per sf, and gonna rise up to 600 soon (except the Paragon with bigger unit about 1300+sf with 300+ per sf price). Place like Putra heights, 2 new project there Glades and Kinghills the price should be around 700 per sf.

If you really want cheaper, you can go to Shah Alam, about 300 to 400 per sf or Kajang also with same price range.

News from developer is the snp and official launching will be in Oct/Nov. The ground breaking is next friday (haven't heard about any delaying), means the construction gonna start soon.

Good about Masteron: Run construction business for more than 30 years, having some project completed previous, quite experience, received some good comment about the quality of work, also read before some bad comments. http://www.masteron.com.my/index.html

Bad about Masteron: Same problem keep repeated, delaying in snp, launching. Few current project likes Aurora and Koi Prima faced same problems, but it seems Koi Prima already solved the problem so their constructions already started.

Howdy peepz,

Just bot a unit y'day and coincidentally last 2 days ago, one of the Sales Manager was serving me and he just returned from a meeting with Meastron. He told me that the developer had decided to increase all the selling price with a whopping 30% in Oct 2013.

Well, I'm probably the first few that know about this and the sales agent that had been serving also have a shock on his face when his manager says that.. lol

To be honest, I'm not that convinced that time cause prolly these are some closing technique.. So i went off. When i go back a day later with the desired unit that I want, I'm shock it's selling off like hot cake..

There will not open anymore level after they finish selling of the 8,18,19,20 & 21. The remaining will kept for official launching (with 30% increase)

Also, there's a tractor in the site now, i heard there is some ceremony this friday.

Yes... it's true.. few of my desired unit gone.. in one day.. there are still some choices in level 21

received a notice some time last year that they giving referral fees of 2k to those who refer some1 who signed LO...

so the unit you get wasnt your desired one?
30% is actually a lot... last time they expect to go up 30k only... but since petrol hike, they say developer all across will hike 10-15%... so 15% plus initial hike maybe thats why so high... how much you get your unit now btw? and which floor?
