Bro, how much you need to pay to the bank? I also receive letter but not from the bank, it's from the developer asking me to make payment to them before 21/7 as the progressive billing for car park construction.

Anyone else receive the bill from developer?

I asked my lawyer regarding the loan agreement and he said he can't process it yet with the bank due to the piece of land where our condo is situated is charged to Alliance Bank. Masteron need to settle the debt then only the bank will proceed.

I think is better to alias with your lawyer

Bro, developer was directing to bank. Payment release comes from bank.

But, we can't sit comfortably and must continue to follow up with lawyer. I got a update from my lawyer that loan agreement is pending execution by my financier. Some kinda letter or form 16N needs to be obtained from chargee. I believe it is referring to Alliance Bank. Then only lawyer will advise payment release.

They did not say something pending on developer side. Now not sure which party need to act fast.

During my SNP signing, I was told that masteron wanted to clear the charge from alliance n charge to another financier for funding this project.

the hard part which is the waiting of SNP signing and stamping is over... at least your sis dont need to face that problem...

430k still reasonable... but i checked in iproperty there are some unit still 410k i think... but similar price range have your sister consider aurora lakeside? from same developer, but i think location slightly better... nearer to future LRT... but very dense and near HTC cable... and 4 years completion date...

what process do you mean? normal house buying process?

Hi, may I know if any buyers received letter mentioning that the bank has not paid to Masteron and now Masteron asking for 10% per annum of interest due to the late payment?

Anyway, I found that the late payment is not due to bank fault. The developer has some issue with the documentation and also issue with Alliance bank was not solved during that time. That is why bank can't issue the payment. How come the buyers still need to bear the interest when this is caused by the developer?😤
Shouldn't the developer cancel this interest imposed on the late payment?

ya thats my understanding as well... im also Maybank... the warning letter dated Aug-15 and due date stated Jul-24... so i guess its late payment d... but the fault is at developer like you said... maybe need to call the law firm and ask them talk to developer on our behalf d...
