I think he's using lim and yeoh looking at his previous posts... i supposed to collect from their firm the stamped SNP 2 weeks ago but dont have time yet... is it really important to have the rebate letter?
no news is good news i guess...

dont think you can see much progress physically for the first few months... building foundation takes longer time.. once ground floor is up then you can see it'll progress fast... Koi Prima is progressing good...

The rebate letter is to prove that you got the rebate so that they won't come after us for the dp

Let me make it more clear . If the duration between the signing of your loan and snp is less then 1 year , then SNP with the loan contract papers are enough but if the duration is more then 1 year then you need deed of assignment and SNP . I got to know this because i am stuck in the process because mine more then 1 year ready ... lawyer firm said deed of assignment will take sometime zzzzz .

Hi username, if it's for investment forget about it... if for own stay near to your working place then should it's up to you... there is so many other plaes around klang valley which you could get a unit with better accessibility and near public transportation with that price... Note : Open your eyes and do your own homework.

I went there yesterday, The unit you mentioned is at 21st level facing pool. got RM18k rebate but I still considering it.
The place is quite outskirt and basically nothing there. I didn't know got 10% rebate last time.

Not sure whether buying this property will be a good idea

haha... what i feared has came true... i just collected my stamped SNP just today, although should collect one month ago... now the parking floor layout for level 4 number 166 and 167 has become tandem... beside the OKU parking... anyone else parking number got affected?

can complain since the layout when signed and stamped is different?! biggrin.gif
