Apparently i saw the purchaser list about 90% were chinese. I believe that is a good sign... anyway i got invitation SMS from my sales agent that the showroom is having Mid Autumn / Mooncakes session this coming saturday 11am. For the mooncakes lover sure make their way there...

could be good or bad also... return wise might be good... but when theres issue need gov intervention time, it could be bad... since gov take more care for the majority...

there is case where my friend condo in Cheras(chinese majority) when completed, the water pressure too low and syabas refused to turn on the pipe for bigger pressure giving excuse that pipe will leak... the issue took so long until need help from MP to deal with syabas only they turn on... and no pipe leak as they claimed... but same case happened for an apt here near my taman where the residence are the majority race... issue brought up only to Ketua Kampung and issue resolved in few days...

anyway, Koi Prima also having a ceremony on same time and same day... haha...

Mango taiko... Water pressure is my main concern... that's why from beginning before i place my booking i check where is the water tank. Thanks god its at top floor, this will help overcome water pressure issue. where some of the old apartment or condo their water tank is either separate from the building or beside the building therefore the get the water to supply upp the building will be an issue. My friend in Belimbing Height, Balakong - faced exactly this issue.

Anyway, there are still some non chinese buying. so there nothing to be afraid le. You making me kan cheong also....

Haha.. No need kan cheong la.. But normally condo have pump to pump water to their water tank one.. I also hope that d'aman will have good water pressure for every unit la.. If not shower very sien d..

Hope so, water pressure is the main problem in my current apartment that i hate mostly. When open water in the kitchen, can't shower smoothly in the bathroom. Sienzzz!

Not sure you guys... I went there 4pm. Seems that the sales is good. All their SA were attending clients. Happen to know from my fb, my friend when the same day (morning) and booked her unit.

After makan mooncake I did drove over KP - about 1km inside from Calisa showroom. Noticed there a few car also turn in and have a look.

I went there around 12.30pm.. Very diff from you, no client there.. But good also la, then Tonni, think the head there, have a chat with me for more than half an hour.. Got to know few interesting stories and he answered a lot of my questions.. Also was surprise he remembered my name and even my unit number.. I booked way back in April..

He told me developer plan to put a big CCTV screen in the facility floor, and it can be linked to each units.. I think its kinda cool and good that developer constantly throw out goodies.. Also he said phase 2 units most prob will not have the goodies like free kitchen cabinets and etc..

This is their sales so far for phase 1..

I booked a unit facing lake...10th floor...

So we'll be neighbour then.. My unit also 10th floor.. But facing pool..

For the one who owned Unit No.23, dunno whether you realizes onot, based on the floor plan, it's a very special unit, the main door is not stick with others unit, and it's a big free space there, becos the next unit is a unit < 1076 sqf, it just like an endlot~
But the only bad thing is, it's not straight facing garden or pool~

You mean the space between unit 23 and 22? That is not really a space I would say as it has no floor, its open air.. But true also, the main door doesn't stick with others..

But is unit 28 cheaper? Since there is a wall blocking its balcony view..

I think its the same price.

Just wondering how u guys know the layout very well e.g. Floor plan la, space la, open air la, etc etc....are u working with the developer?

There got a floor plan paste on the wall in the sales office~
