thanks for the info...btw which unit costs RM313,000? mine is RM360k++ if not mistaken...10th floor

I think it should be the 2nd phrase. I heard they starting to open up the otherside. Maybe they referring the smallest size. Otherwise I'm surprised it's so low.

Got notice from their facebook: "damanresidence" that they participated in this weekend MAPEX - MidValley……….

Just wondering the 2nd stage they open for sale is how much, since someone posted RM 313k. I this after discount or the smallest unit that we seen on the layout plan.

I really have no idea, thats why planning to go and find out lor... if RM 313k still consider cheap for today property value.

Actually whether launching or not its not important lor.... As far as i concern we seem to be the early bird! I'm sure the price will be higher than the launching price. So the longer it become the higher the price can go la...

Phase 1, i think left only higher floor units, around 420k, for 1076 sqf.

420k before discount... but that price dont think many left... maybe those loan rejected ones... the high floors one with pool views are more ex, up to 470k...
