min freq - 384

super smooth....but not so sure about battery life...(i think not so good)

SmartAssV2 Governor (Balanced)

This governor has a built-in "profile" similar to SetCPU, so screen off will use lower clock rate thus conserve more battery, but it also has a fast wake up feature so that user interaction will not see the lag when switching from Sleep to Wake state.... (So SetCPU Profiles are sorta redundant when using this governor, you can still use SetCPU to OC to higher than default Clock frequency).

i see...tried to wiki all the gavernor setting..end up cant understand at all.now only realize there is tons of choice when it come to gavernor setting.

XE same as sensation (both dual core)
XL single core

beside that everything is the same.. ICS and 3.6 sense, both phone is enhance with beats audio tech.

in term of performance i myself not sure..you need to youtube the review..or htc store try it urself.
