so our dps would be higher according to our weapon's dps or our overall intel? i thought if we have higher intel, thus we'll have higher dps?

i just wanna make this clear for wiz's damage.. INT is the thing in % that adds to your damage right? so for eg. 1100dmg plus or times? int1000% = 11000/12100

hey guys, for those of u struggling in hell difficulty, i've stumbled upon a build that works quite well (in fact tried it out before server went down) - i stopped dying and cleared some maps in act 2 where previously was almost impossible. even managed to clear those invuln minion mobs, etc.
