since last steam summer sale i feel like malas d. very rare i play in act 3 cuz loot so so only. plus i cant do much dps, so soloing is impossible. I still depend on co op to grind act 3. to make me able to soloing with 'ok' DPS require me to upgrade weapon and change some of my gear which require bout 40-50 mil..meh...

Now I dont know what to do. all my gold, sold via RMAH d. now left like 700k gold only. huhu.

ive been thinking to equip full GF gear and start boting in nighmare . but dono ler, tehehee

i dont even know how good the other 3 players or what kinda gears the wiz is on

the wiz im sure other than wicked wind he has diamond skin permaed, its a basic crit tanker build that requires high crit and loh gears

if you gear your barb according to needs of a particular tanking build, 30sec isint a problem

Now just like "if u (monster) dun die , I die".. Haha.. Some can kill easily.

Tank normal creeps, no problem.
Tank extra health + fast + shield + melee elites, no problem.
Tank elites with fire/poison/arcane/chain, big problem.

As you mentioned monk, monk can do pretty easy in A3/A4 with 20K/6K armor/800 AR/40K HP/600LOH.
With similar stats, Barb is having great difficulty. It is doable nonetheless. As I mentioned, if you can't solo, try co-op.

P/S By the way, 5 second tank is nothing. Leap gives you 300% armor and you can tank 3 seconds & it takes 2 seconds to drain your HP .
You can do 5 seconds too.

exactly, that alone is build based "tanking" in your terms, but if we want to talk bout real balanced gears and skills? barb wins, hands down

any barbs with decent enough gear wants to farm act 3? pm me or add me for details slythape#1514
