My stats:


Passives: Ruthless, Weapon Master, Inspiring Presence.

To be honest, 800 all resist is all you need with decent enough LoH or Lifesteal for sustainability.

I've been farming on act3 inferno with just 800 all resist and What kept me alive is my 1200 hp regen and 2.90 lifesteal.

End of the day you would want to concentrate on building more dps to farm the level faster as inferno right now is nerfed to easymode. They don't hit as hard as they used to =/

25mil for the stats you planning to get is definitely possible. Just wait out for a cheap buyout as there might be 1-2 people trying to undercut market prices and tend to sell good stats for cheap.

However, i would suggest getting lifesteal instead of life regen because having over 40% crit and 250% crit damage will make it worthwhile.

As for my gears, i spent around 51mil excluding the gems i used.

Might take a while to crop all those images =/

Add my battletag, Rival#6269 to have a view on the gears. I'll probably be up for another 5mins before i head to bed.

LOH scale with IAS not with dps.

While lifesteal% scale well with dps. The higher the better life sustained.


EDIT:

In other words, LOH works really works well with tank build while lifesteal works if you have really high dps.

Not to say LOH doesn't work, but lifesteal outshines LOH at later stage.

I'd say go for LOH if you don't have high dps but tanky enough.

Yeah, having them both definitely better but also will hurt trying to go for budget builds.

I gave a read on the link posted by Currylaksa(nice find btw), and learned more bout LOH which i didn't know beforehand.

P/S: I would sometimes switch Nerves of Steel for Bloodthirst so i have a total of 8.1 lifesteal%
because at this point 70% damage reduction is sufficient enough to tank provided you have decent amount of dps to go with lifesteal.

Yup more than enough for me cuz i killed champion/elite packs in 3-4 seconds so doesn't really matter much.

Although i'd like to say it is best to have 600ar minimum.

Just so u know..i can kill elite/champs even without berserk. I reserved wotb for elite/champions with nightmarish/jailer just so i don't waste too much time.

As for white mobs..you don't need berserk to clear them. We barbs have revenge/overpower, use them to keep hp up.

Normaly, i just ran past white mobs because it's not worth the time to kill them. When i farm i focus on just elite/champs for the rares and just leave behind anything below ilvl61. Pretty much most barbs who farms act3 just ignore white mobs. Not because they can't handle but it's just not worth the time.

At the moment, the fastest i can clear the whole act3 is 1hour 30mins. Only way to go below 1 hour is to farm with whirlwind build. Theres a guy called Kripparian on youtube does it under 40mins with whirlwind build you guys should check his video out

Playing solo now and hopefully can make some cash out of rmah. Just waiting till guild wars 2 out then i probably put all my barb gears on rmah

You're right. Unfortunately we can't skip Phasebeast unless we play sprint or ww tornado build. No choice just have to kill them along the way..

Thankfully only few maps has those teleporter Phasebeast

If you have decent amount of crit% like let say 40-60% range, use Overpower.

All the crits u deal will lower the cooldown to a point almost spammable otherwise just use Ignore Pain(Ignorance is Bliss) to get your hp back up real quick.

Overall look pretty decent, probably just need more hp/dmg. What kind of total stats are you aiming for?

With those gears and skill setup, can clear whole act3 including ghom>siegebreaker>cydea>azmodan within 1hours 15mins.

The only affixes i'm having trouble is plague+molten+fire chain+ shielding on fat collosus as i have to kite instead of the usual stand on ground tunnel vision dps

Why ditch WW build when it's the best build for barb solo farming.

Probably the only reason that made barb the best farming class among other classes due to the fact that one can clear whole act3 less than 40mins.

May i know how much LOH you have at the moment? Getting more will be able to solve your problem.

I used to play ww build with lower dps and around 1400 life on hit. Can clear almost every pack without much problem
