Opinions which is better ?

The resilience shoulder has better all res (+38). But the vile ward has more str (+76) and vit (+69).

But seeing as resilience is pretty good, is then worth selling the vile ward and just use the resilience, or the opposite ? Opinions

To fight in inferno act 3 and 4, i need at least 1k all res. So if my all res is reduced in the shoulder, will i be able to make up for it in my other gear to reach the 1k all res ?

usually i only buy 70 all res gear minimum, because the max 80 all res is usually way too expensive and out of my budget

I tried this build. Can be done to do act 3. BUT.. it has a few major drawbacks. Try it and you will know I'm kinda using his build but tweaked which made me much more effective farmin act 2. The only reason i dont farm act 3 is my gear kinda sucky. lag + elite combos sometime makes the effort none profitable.

i would use the vile ward

will you able to clear a2 easily? seems like im having trouble clearing a2 =/

If I break down into raw stat conversion, ignoring life regen (which is also valuable)

Vile ward is 234 + 140 + (30 x 2) + 22 = 456 stat value

Victory Resilience is 158 + 71 + ((68+3) x 2) = 371 stat value

Vile ward is superior in effectiveness of Victory Resilience, in terms of both survivability and DPS.

Storm Shield, with at least +60 AR, +100 STR agak agak dalam brapa gold ? thinking of getting one, but if there is any kind barb soul willing to sell me cheapo cheapo (who knows, those barb with 2-3 Storm sheild to spare thinking of doing some charity ker..hehe)

so bottomline vile ward worth it. will make up the slight loss in all res else where e.g. pants, chest or whatever

PS: the legendary shoulder vile ward is max 30 all res according to d3db. Why would they hard cap a legendary to have all res below that of a yellow rare i have no clue



all barbs dream of storm shield. unless i find a bargain for it i'll just wait for the legendary buff patch.

Alex doesn't use shield and he pulls 200k dps, has life steal .... so he doesn't even use a shield yet he can tank and pull insane amount of dps

IINM you can get a second roll of Resist All on the random property.

But you still got very high rolls of STR and VIT, so you really struck the lottery on this piece.

I wanna sell my old shield, can give u discount compare to the one in AH. But u try consider shield with AR + critical chance + vit/str... I think its much better than stormshield..

ok so double rolls on str and vit. but is it possible to get triple rolls ? on str + vit and all res ?



By the way saw a really nice barb pants on the ah, but sadly i waited too long then got bought out
