I still didn't receive the pin number and called to OCBC CS just now, they will resend again. Managed to check my statement date and due date with the guy. Statement date: 13th of the month Due date: 1st of the following month I tried to change my due date because I'll use GIRO and usually pay my CC at one shot when my salary is out at the end of the month but the guy said once I change it I'll lose all the promotions for my Titanium... The GST is already charged to my card by the way...

QUOTE(David83 @ May 19 2012, 07:41 PM) All the promotions for my Titanium? What kind of promotion? I don't know... Probably the buy 1 free 1 at GSC, the 20% at The Curve? I didn't ask much. In the end, I didn't change it also. So, I can't have heavy transaction for my OCBC Ti.

Yesterday, I bought 4 GSC tickets for the price of 2 only. Must buy 1 free 1 separately using OCBC and Mbb Amex respectively.

You don't get selected promotion because you do not match their criteria.

Is it? Let me call again tomorrow and hopefully another person picks up my call and I'll ask the same thing again. TBH, to have due date on every month's 1st is very inconvenient for me. Thanks for the heads-up.
