Campaign Period 2.1 The Campaign shall run for 3 consecutive months commencing 1 July 2012 to 30 September 2012 (“Campaign Period”) or such other period as may be determined by OCBC Bank in its absolute discretion. 3. Eligibility 3.1 The Campaign is open to all OCBC Bank’s Internet Banking and/or Mobile Banking customers who are above 18 years old, except that customers whose account(s) with OCBC Bank shall have been suspended or terminated or who shall have breached any agreement(s) with OCBC Bank shall be disqualified from this Campaign (eligible customers who are not disqualified are referred to as “Eligible Customers”). 3.2 Rebates are only available for telephone bills paid to the following corporations (“Selected Bills”) through OCBC Internet Banking or Mobile Banking during the Campaign Period: a) Maxis Communications Berhad (MAXIS) b) Celcom Axiata Berhad (CELCOM) c) Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (DIGI) d) Telekom Malaysia Berhad (excluding UNIFI bills) 4. Rebates 4.1 There are 2 types of rebates offered in this Campaign: a) a 5% (five percent) rebate to Eligible Customers who have made payments for any one or more of the Selected Bills within the Campaign Period; the 5% is computed on the amount actually paid for the Selected Bills and is subject to the maximum rebate amount of RM20 per Eligible Customer per calendar month; and b) a 5% (five percent) additional bonus rebate for the third month’s payments only, to Eligible Customers who have made payments for any one or more of the Selected Bills for three consecutive months within the Campaign Period; the 5% is computed based on the amount actually paid for the Selected Bills in the third month of the Campaign and is subject to the maximum rebate amount of RM20 per Eligible Customer. 4.2 Rebates will be credited into the Eligible Customer’s account as a single payment by 30 November 2012. Notwithstanding anything herein, rebate payment will be forfeited in respect of such Eligible Customers who no longer have any active credit card, savings or current (individual or joint) accounts at time of rebate crediting. 4.3 OCBC Bank reserves the right to credit the rebate into any one among the Eligible Customer’s credit card, savings or current accounts. Where available, rebate will be credited based on the following account priority: a) OCBC credit card account; b) Personal OCBC savings or current account (non joint account); c) Joint OCBC savings or current account (non corporate).

I'm confused by OCBC's statement. I have calculated everything, I have owed them RM 426.47 which I'm ready to pay with my M2U as the due date is next Monday. Then, suddenly it has this "subtotal principal" which appears to be another figure. May I know what's that? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This post has been edited by fruitie: Jun 28 2012, 11:20 PM

QUOTE(ronnie @ Jun 28 2012, 11:23 PM) Just pay RM426.47 ... the other figure is exclude payments (RM50) You mean the RM 50 is from the GST that got charged to my card? I already knocked it off, it was shown on the bill. Even exclude the RM 50, the total was RM 426.47. Just puzzled why suddenly OCBC deducted RM 50 then added in back. I think I don't want to kill my brain cells thinking how it was derived. The ultimate point is I know I still owe them RM 426.47. Oh ya, the RM 28 GSC rebate for first 1000 online customers already credited to me on 19th June. So, they kept to their promise.

What I mean was even excluding the RM 50 from the bill, it is not only RM 376.47, should be RM 426.47.
