I think the subtotal principle is all the transaction, credit or debit, within this billing month, since u have outstanding rm50 from last month, it was not including in the subtotal, but the payment from giro is included.

U shud be paying 4xx.xx

OK, now I got it. biggrin.gif
Ya, I already paid the amount shows in "Closing Balance". biggrin.gif

no probs!

it's great that u know how to question the amount, rather than those that just pay blindly.

i have a fren that dun see his cc statements every month, just blindly pay....
and also a fren, that keep paying additional charges to her credit card for quite some time, until she decided to cut the card now

hi , would like to know right.. lets say the card statement is from 12 of the month to 11 of the month.. so the rebate will be based on that date or the calender month 1st to 30th of the month.

Anyone knows how the new bill payment rebate (10% for each month plus additional 5% at the 3rd month) works?
Questions:
1) Is the additional 5% on top of current 5% also based on statement date?
2) Does auto-billing eligible?
3) Is monthly max payout still capped at RM50 like normal?
4) Is the additional 5% on 3rd month still capped at RM50 like normal?

If it is still capped at RM50 per month, then it makes no difference for me...sad.gif

1) yes
2) no, i dun think so, must be paid through ocbc portal
3) monthly payout for normal rebate still rm50, but for this additional 5%, it's capped at additional rm20 itself
4) the additional special 5% (only for 3 month) has another cap at rm20 on it own, if i understand correctly... so its normal rebate cap at rm50, additional 5% rebate (july till sept) cap at rm20 per month, special additional 5% rebate (only on 3rd month) cap at rm20

that means the third month 15% is also capped at RM20?? Why not they say 100%, but capped at RM20!! Celaka punya Bank!!
Useless promotion for those who having bills over RM200/months.

The Bonus 20% Rebate for Dining at The Curve is out @ http://www.ocbccards.com.my/TheCurve.aspx
Promotion from 1 July to 31 December 2012.

All previous 42 outlets is still the same but minimum spending of RM50 is required (not that difficult nowadays)
