i going KL tomorrow. Any place can get OCBC card like Maybank Card that you can walk in and get your card within an hour ?

Anyone know how to pay auto bill for syabas water? Is it 5%? Tried to find via online ocbc but only have tnb and astro..
By the way, we only can check is 5% or 1% by calling ocbc cs right? |

Today I swipe at Starbucks The Curve to enjoy the 20% rebate... the SMS received about getting the 20% was immediately sent out. NICE !!!
