i've installed kies on my laptop but when i try to open the program, it won't open.. why eh?

Just bought my s2 last tuesday,is it s2 drain so much battery?tahan only around 1day only.charging take around 4hours to 100%.

hi i'm new here. heard that will only get the official ics through samsung center but will all my apps,sms, contact will gone if bring to there update.
i tried to back up using kies but is say no more space while my pc have more than 20gb some more and my phone have more than 7gb. please help tq |
