im using F1GalaxyNexus.. i never had such problems before. which build did u flashed? i recommend u to use N.E.A.K or Siyah kernel. try to download the kernel cleaning script 1st before flashing a new kernel.

wow 4k+ sms??! why do u need to store that amount of smses? about that telco name, im not sure about it. it's better u post it in the XDA forum. (just click my siggy). and u should try re-flash it and dont restore ur sms. maybe try not to restore ALL of them. smile.gif on top of that, u can flash N.E.A.K or Siyah kernel after re-flashing F1GNex. make sure u use the script 1st then only u flash the kernel. smile.gif

yes.
1. download Odin.
2. download ur ICS firmware. (im using DXLP7)
3. download CF-Root according to the firmware u've downloaded
4. get ur phone to download mode.
5. run Odin.
6. connect ur phone to ur pc.
7. flash ur ICS firmware.
8. flash CF-Root
9. done. ur phone now is upgraded to ICS.

OPTIONAL: download ICS Domination by Vertumus.

im using F1GalaxyNexus & N.E.A.K kernel with Voltage Control app. so far, i have no problem with it. battery life also can get around 13-14 hours from 100%-1% with 3G/wifi always on. smile.gif
