My SFV started KiwiGame something crashing randomly after power outlet down once, anyone face similiar issue?

Playing Granblue Fantasy.. They have Street Fighter crossover event where Rashid, Ryu, Chin-li and a few others can become playable chatacters haha

I am having difficulty when getting pressured on waking up. My game is improving slowly, but my huge weakness now is when i get knocked down, and the opponent is upon me, I panic and don't know what to do because I don't know any strategies of what to do.
What do you guys do when you get knocked down? |
