Just sharing this information, Capcom has initiated action on rage-quitters.

The top 1 player WORLD-COMBO that has 10,000 points and above got his points all removed, because he is a rage-quitter, moving Sabin back to 1st spot.

Just reporting, Capcom did something today too, the bot Ryu TriggerSFV is missing from rank already, didn't see him in top 10. So now RageQuitter and Botter has been punished, both WORLD-COMBO and TriggerSFV is missing from top 10 rank already, cheers woohoo!

Another news is, Daigo improved so much, today I logged in checked that he is currently rank 7 and rank 1 as Ryu. He was like rank 200+ when I purchased the game 1 week ago...below damdai, Jimmy, TriggerSFV and etc.

I also just found out that you can no longer Alt+f4 Street Fighter V on Steam.

I finished playing and feel like quitting the game, my usual alt+F4 doesn't seems to work, I didn't care much on the first few times thought it was some bug or what, but after a couple times, I found out you can no longer alt+F4 on SF5.

I gave it some thought, and figured out that could this be a patch that Capcom took to fix some ragequit problem? Please let me know if any of you can't alt f4 too.

Vega
If you hit V-Trigger Bloody Kiss (anti-air) in certain situations, Vega will no longer continue to rise off the top of the screen.

M. Bison
If M. Bison is interrupted by an opponent’s V-Trigger or Critical Art during his invisible frames of Double Knee Press in V-Trigger mode, M. Bison will no longer remain invisible until his next move.

Rashid
Rashid will no longer float in the air for a moment if you perform his V-Trigger after he touches the ground upon a missed Eagle Spike.

Chun-Li
During V-Trigger activation, the hit stop and block stop has been made the same for multi-hitting moves (medium or heavy attacks for both normal and special moves).
She was previously able to perform option selects involving standing HP into Houyokusen, so this has been removed.

General Changes

Vertical and Back Jump Frames

All characters except Birdie and Zangief: Vertical jump and back jump frames have changed from 3f->4f.
Birdie: Vertical jump and back jump frames have changed from 4f->5f.
Zangief: No changes to jump frames.
These changes reduce the effectiveness of throw tech option selects involving jumping (also known as “jump grab”). Changing forward jump frames would affect the game balance too much so those remain unchanged.

Throw Escape Change

If you push buttons during the normal throw delayed tech window you are unable to escape throws for 2 frames.
Prevents using light attacks to option select with throw escapes.
If you execute specific special moves during the normal throw delayed tech window you are unable to immediately escape throws. Each characters V-skills, V-triggers, V-reversals, critical arts, and moves have been set individually.
Prevents throw escape option selects involving specific moves such as Shoryuken, etc.

New balance patch coming March, don't bother looking for option select anymore, Capcom removing every single OS found.

Techthrow OS existed in SF5 beta and SF5 v1.01

Beta - MP + LK + LP together, MP will come out if no throws, if thrown, your character will tech it, removed.

Beta v2 - Plinking V-Skill(MP+MK) into LK+LP, usually used by defensive V-Skill char like Zangief or Ryu, V -Skill will come out if no throw, if thrown, character will throw tech instead, removed.

v1.01 before patch - Plink the buttons LK or LP into LP+LK, your character will dish out the light attacks, but if thrown, will tech throw automatically.

By having additional 2 frames that unable to throw you after hitting any buttons will help in removing option select.

Option select has been used by advanced user or Professional in fighting games such as SF4, including the basic throw tech of crouching LP+LK in SF4, useful when guarding opponent, just hit the button following the rythm of your opponent attacks while guarding(its really hard to throw decent player in SF4), or plinking/ buffering moves example buffering hadouken after a CMK pokes, if the move hit, hadouken will come out, if move doesnt hit, nth will happen, plinking also made linking 1 frame combo is easier.

Anyway long story short, if you don't know what is option select, don't bother, Capcom is removing all of this and making the game more honest now, there will be real risk in every single moves you made in SF5, no more DP FADC or any 100% safe action, it allows more risk and reward and mind games, in short, making the game back to basic, until someone figure out some imba techs that still has risk but not an option select.

can a zero delay pcb act as pcb for hitbox? since it got connector specifically for up,down, left right.
PCB+wiring Rm38 + 12 buttons + custom made cardboard/biscuit box casing = <Rm100?
