it could reduce sediments and rust nominal 5 micron. Never customer complain about yellowish water after perfect steel unless underground pipe after the filter is GI pipe (will rust) hence water still yellowish even after filter

This filter are good to know how clean your water are. In PD, it takes 2 days to discolor the filter element from white to brown, and 2 days after turn black.

I am staying at a condo at Bukit Prima Pelangi (Segambut Dalam, KL).

Have issue with water quality and water hardness. Besides that, water pressure is not good and it seems only certain floors has this problem. 

My main entrance has ample space to install a stainless steel tank and piping for back wash.

How to address the water pressure problem after installing filter?

Install water pump?

If you can install a stainless steel tank, then u can add a pump next to your tank. Most probably your condo piping is clogged as well, did u check with management if they are gonna service it in the near future?

Resident already raised the issue to management but they are unreliable.

Can you do a "cleanse" for my unit?

there are many dealers for waterco, just need to google search. I do have friends selling waterco as well

Is waterco agood reliable brand?I am looking at th W300 MKII series model.

actually is to cleanse the piping from your condo tank til your unit, that you need management to do
