ya I can enter recovery mode using CMW... but I cant use CMW to backup... bcaz I dnt knw choose which one to DL... no Gnote for selection

Dont use the rom manager. Boot manually into CWM and do your backup from there.

means i can never use phone to backup Nandroid unless in recovery mode?

The best way to get 100% safe & secure Nandroid is via CWM itself. IINM the rom manager app is not compatible with Gnote.

You always do backup in recovery mode. Either press volup+home+power simultaneously to boot to recovery mode or run the cwm app. Don't use rom manager not suitable

aiyakk..if u can go to cwm recovery mode then do ur backup from there..no need to use the manager..if u wanna use from cwm apps u can download it from my box

You can flash kernel of your choice later. Rom comes with kernel

If you are new with android and flashing, i suggest you to follow post 6 on the first page. From there you just have to download and flash the pre-rooted rom and then flash CWM. No need to downgrade or download matching kernel anymore.

Its a step by step guide. Easier for you get root+CWM with the latest LC2 for GB.
