my G53SX-1208V gaming laptop to penang service center for 3rd times already, im purchase this laptop december last year, until now 5 month only,
1st time send in due to display problems,they took about 3 week for repair my laptop (change motherboard and graphic card)
after i get back my laptop, no keyboard light, need to send back again for the second time, this show that they has properly tested all the functions of my laptop before they returning in to me..
now the 3rd time, same things happen on my laptop, display problem

asking for refund, and nobody reply me,they jz say need to wait HQ reply!

just call asus service centre and they say my problem is hardisk and processor fans faulty........... but i think problem is on graphic card because i can install windows but everytime i open sure hang around 10-15min..........if laptop keep hang is hardisk problem mad.gif ????? mad.gif mad.gif

they will not improve and they will not even care about all this complain. i have written an official email to send to their HQ and also posted on their facebook. as usual facebook comments are deleted quickly and promptly (if only they have this quick and prompt service on RMA) and a computer generated email replying to my email. "thank you for your feedback, we will improve,etc,bla,bla..."

no, cause asus don't have about the customer at all. they are one of the leading brand so whatever it is, still got people will buy one.

Guys, want to arrange a press conference? If you guys have all the evidences, let's arrange a press conference to complain it!! Or else, they will just let us bark us without any action.

dell service better
last time the customer service mistake report my issue..
so the technician come to my house dont have the item to fix..
he then make another call and come back the next day..

Good suggestion... but how do we collect evidence?
Asus called me on May 7th saying that the free GPS dongle for my parent's TF Prime TF201 would arrive on the 8th... until now still no news sweat.gif

Dang, looks like I'm giving up on the ZenBook and going for the XPS 13 liao laugh.gif
I've heard too much bad stuffs about Asus lately sad.gif
Even the distribution of certain models are farked up e.g. TF Prime, waited for the model to come for several months, then suddenly EOLed sweat.gif
