Too bad the lower area of forest been develop into international school. Really spoil the beauty of natural forest view.
Need to look higher for better forest view.

Tower A city view is superb especially... no block at high flr.

see it as a booster lo

Yup..need to boost psft till 1K++

that will also increase the convenience of residents too when mall and international school open..

hello guys, last time heard that veo jmb appeal for free maintenance. at the moment starting from which month the maintenance cost officially charge?

by the way, block A level 1 how much it cost currently? 3 room 1? would be cheapest among all? simedarby still have unsold unit there?

till Sept. Oct have to start pay.

Abt 900k+/- after disc, one the recent tower A buyer told me for 3r unit.
Unsold unit abt 44 unit mostly big unit, dual keys, duplex, etcs..

guys, white colour access card and black access card what is the difference? all these while i thought white can access lift lobby and lift call button and black access card is for car entrance boom gate. but last week i went there i notice black access card can use both car boom gate and lift entrance lift call button.

maybe to differentiate between small unit and big unit.

guys, can ask the first 3 socket is for what de?

How come there is power socket next to bathtub????
