wanna ask about the defect at veo. some owner say too much defect. like the aluminium dented heavily, the hood sink all rusted, the joint that poorly done with lot of sealant untidy at edge and etc?

The covered walkway to the LRT Gombak station? I dont see it happening at all. No any ground work yet.
Or this is yet another "proposed" marketing gimmick as usual from developer and not gonna materialize. Reason can be easily push to the local authority. So developer can just wash hand.

Quarza mall expected complete by end of Nov this year.
Not sure when will do the pedestrian walkway lrt to that mall yet/

Bummer. Too bad to purchasers if it is just marketing gimmick. The Melati interchange there really need some makeover.

If SDP is smart should negotiate with Ekovest and build direct entry/exit ramp from KL East to Duke SPE3 there. Something like KL Gateway ramp to Sprint or Mex ramp to MyTown. hmm.gif hmm.gif

Btw hows the occupancy at Veo? The rental and subsales there AskarPerang?

I dont think is going good at this area.
With the Quarza Mall construction up and running, with a mall coming in but price actually going down rather than going up.

Tower B launched time no DIBS in Novv/Dec 2012
Tower A launched after abt 5 mths in Apr 2013 with DIBS but only for few mths after that DIBS abolished.

Saw this from the opposite petrol station, what is being build here AskarPerang? Is it a pedestrian bridge structure or just construction materials offloading?

Illogical as of today.
PV2 still a good buy I guess today price is cheaper compare to last year. Definitely will benefit with the Quarza mall coming up.

So what could possibly the structure bro?

Perhaps sdp is tapping onto Arabian residents within PVs. Existing KL East (Veo and soon Quarza Resident) population might be too low to support the commercial. Either way, guess will be a win-win for PVs owner and the Mall.
