The competition of renting and selling are just begun.
Can see sub-sale price is about RM1k/sqft up. So, I think whoever is willing to give best discount will walk out with the profit immediately.

AMINT, u took the key and when do they allow you to inspect the property? What is the period that we can complaint if there is any dispute or defect liabilities of the property? Your bank already release the final settlement to L&G?

Anyone here already check up their unit? How are the podium floor and the main selling point, roof top garden?

Anyone have idea what's under construction on the area in front of main entrance of The Elements, on the left side?

I've received mine via courier service on 23/6/14. Paid the outstanding amount about RM2.5k (deposit for water/electricity, access cards for lift & parking, fire insurance, pro-rated quit rent, service charges plus the sinking funds for Elements for 4 months including the late penalty charge of RM67/-) direct crediting to Developer HDA Account today. Waiting for my Bank (the same place I'm working now) to release the full & final payment. Normally it takes about 1-2 weeks as Banker needs to inspect the Project/Property that the construction has been fully completed before releasing the final 12.5% to Developer / Stakeholder. Noted that the Certificate of Completion & Compliance (CCC) only for Block A as per CCC copy certified by the Architect on 16 June 2014. CCC for Block B seems still pending for final touch up I believe.

That's is for the Arte Project. Another high rise development which will block the units facing KLCC in 3 years to come.

Wondering what Mr. Lau, MD of L&G for this project said in a interview with one property magazine that they will suprise buyers on their finishing quality of their project. They will build the project beyond expectations, better than what the brochures had presented us. Mmmm????

Still waiting the first hand report of inside Elements posted.
