It was reported in The Edge that Desmond Lim may be buying over the Flamingo Hotel and its ajacent plot in Ampang for a mega project with Pavillion-like mall. This has not been confirmed yet.....but should the deal be sealed...wow...buyers of Element, M City and the nearby projects would hit a home run, and home run meant make money liao...and if the MRT station in Ampang Point materialize also...then is a double home runs!

The future is exciting for The Elements and the surrounding projects...good things are going to happen...normal for owners to be kancheong 1...just make sure your blood pressure don't overshoot!

They probably won't miss the the KLCC view....look how beautiful Arte@Ampang...they will cry because of the noise during construction...only for 3 years, after that enjoy view .... a masterpiece...a very big masterpiece!

I think there is a bright future for this area, all these condos ...GCB Courts, Impiana, Elements, MCity, Artes...together with another 2 or 3 more proposed projects...the recent report in the Edge of a possible Pavillion like mall...the proposed MRT station...all these will coexist and complement each other and could make this area a great place to live.

For an area to be full of colour and vibrant...it needs lots of buildings and people to be in the area...then..
a vibrant food scene, hipster bars, cafes, and other urban amenities will sprout out across the area.

Is in the Star today...Titijaya is targeting a piece of land near M City for a high rise mixed development with a GDV of some RM1bil. It seem like there are a lot of developers are eyeing land located between Intermark and Ampang Point for their projects. When you drive along Jln Ampang between these two location, you can see developments left and right along this stretch of road. I think this part of KL is going to be very vibrant in future. Elements is going to benefit from this growth.
