They are certainly completing by 2014, I am watching the progress daily and my unit is facing Elements, quality wise I am not so sure. in fact air con already installed but some sliding doors not yet. Tiling is on the way. They are rushing to finish this job coz they work 8am-8pm daily non stop, even paint the balcony wall during raining season before Xmas. Recently very hazy I didint even open my window and sliding door, from what I can see they are removing the plastic sheets that on the glass surface, that's all, if u want pic pls leave me yr email here or by PM, I will snap and send when the weather is better
