Im selling off mine, coz pull-plugging from Malaysia. Anyone interested? 825sf, 2 bedroom, A-28-12 (28th floor, unit #12). Facing Ampang, not KL city. Since the unit is still without OC, I legally still cannot sell it yet, but anyone wanna help me confirm now so that we can quickly execute the S&P upon completion? haha.
