Full size for 1.5k is cheap. They quoted me for over 2k. Maybe used different materials. For the shoes rack also full height?

I think plaster ceilling cover bedroom & living room already enough. No feasible to cover kitchen area cause already got lower ceilling.

I got quote rm1350 for front grill door and rm1800 for full height storage compartment (for 705sqft unit beside bathroom)

(There are more on-going and coming projects along Jalan Ampang, all are selling much expensive PSF price compare to Elements.) What I like most about Elements are: 1.) Freehold 2.)
