1. should protest to pay maintenance
2. write a letter as owner of elements to complain
3. demand compensation for the loss of utilization even after VP
4. demand a date for all to be completed or will seek authority's help

Count me in. Went to collect keys and had to reject delivery as just too many defects to list down..

Tiles cracked

Water leakage from the pipes

CEO says buyer will be surprised by the quality of the finishing.. Yes, I am surprised but not in a good way. 

+agree with amint . I actually like the place and consider to move in. But my unit is too small so I might rent extra unit.

Few times there I met 2 young couples and 1 gentleman already moving in. The ampang view is beautiful esp for high floor.

- car park entry and exit. Once you overcome the first few turns it is ok liao.

- rooftop still not put proper furniture. I don't think there will be any green up there. Put nice furniture and lighting for good ambience at night  then ok.  I saw some chess piece like things at the rooftop corridor

- the alcoves at the 6th floor area not reallywhat I imagined.

Overall to.me not bad but it could have been much better.

I was so attracted to the "paradise-like" sky garden. Looked heavenly. Feeling rather disappointed reading most of the comments. We are only going to collect the keys tomorrow. My husband just came back from overseas. Hoping and praying for the best. 

I wrote on the defects checklist, too many defects to list, please check thoroughly.
Asked them to call me to arrange for delivery when all the defects are done. Really unacceptable. The coordinator also poor thing, got an earful from me and he can only smile and shake head. Think he's also embarrassed.

went surveyed for furnitures and home appliances again.. here is the solution for washing machine lol...

front loading washer and have to buy those top cover is removable. standard height is 85cm minus the top cover should be just ngam to fit into the compartment..

Think block B still many ppl not collected key yet.

A standard bosch or electrolux should do the trick. Theyre designed to have the top removable.
