For those facing KLCC units, so noisy now, very challenging to sell and rent. But those Ampang view still ok, quiet. The Elements value should lay on its facilities, if developer fail to deliver what they had promised us, then we all being cooked. Where is our "paradise-like" sky garden. It looks so much smaller than the picture.

I was so attracted to the "paradise-like" sky garden. Looked heavenly. Feeling rather disappointed reading most of the comments. We are only going to collect the keys tomorrow. My husband just came back from overseas. Hoping and praying for the best. cry.gif

Oh my God... actually I have to admit the exterior looks amazing inspite of all the unfinished work. But I'm not at all pleased with the finishing of our unit. Too many complaints. The workmanship is really bad. I'm in a state of shock. May be because I have never seen such poor workmanship here in Seremban or Nilai in the properties we have bought or invested. Even the regular contractors here are so reliable. But this is an exclusive apartment. Really? And the worst part now is that we bought our unit on the 39th floor facing KLCC all because of the promises made and now the RISDA office building is coming up. It's going to be over 50 floors it seems. There goes the view and not to mention all the noise and pollution! We are seriously considering if we should sell of the unit or try our luck in doing up the unit nicely and renting it out. Extremely disappointing. Their marketing strategy was full of promises. They are definitely not going to get a good review from me and many others whenever we speak to others. No credibility in many ways sorry to say.

Are yours high floor unit?
*
Same here. Just collected keys 2 days ago. Living room AC leaking. Most windows cannot be locked. About 5 tiles in bathroom has slight cracks. Cupboard provided of low quality and defects. Parquet flooring finishing is dull. Overall the apartment looks exceptionally amazing from the outside but on the inside it's like any other apartment.

From what I can see the development now and future.

On going project:
1.) M-City
2.) Arte+

Coming project:
1.) Risda re-development
2.) Ampang City Plaza re-development
3.) Elements 2

Rumor:
1.) MRT circle line (station said to be at Ampang Point)
2.) Pavillion 2 at Flamingo Hotel and Resort

Potential project:
1.) The land infront of Arte+

So, I foresee this area gonna be very busy within the next 10 years.

What you think if you want to stay in an area full of construction? or buying a sub-sale in this area?

To me, not now... but after everything completed, that could be a totally different story.

(There are more on-going and coming projects along Jalan Ampang, all are selling much expensive PSF price compare to Elements.)

What I like most about Elements are:
1.) Freehold
2.) Residential title
3.) It is closed to but next to the heavy noisy dusty Jalan Ampang, MRR2 and AKLEH.

So you think this is a good investment?

So in short you are saying that we will be able to see the benefits and returns in long term?

Depend what you want. If you are flipper or do not have holding power, I do not see you can benefit from it.
Property investment is always brighter in long term than short term.
