I think those have not taken delivery should not be paying the misc fees until they have fully completed everything. I have regretted and paid the misc fees. There are just too many defects that you will reject the delivery.

The size of the balcony does look smaller than the one at show unit which they said would be exactly the same. The moment I step in I can feel that the balcony size is smaller.

Is it safe to move in now with all the workers in & out doing the unfinish works?

my unit have more then 3+ defect , main door cannot log , and bed room windor got crack , somemore water leaking on bed room window....

Count me in too. But these issues are relatively small, from money point of view. The bigger issue awaiting us is probably the drop in the price of the unit once Arte+ is up. Especially for the KLCC view units. That will cause us more losses in resale and rental value. The swimming pool will just be cold with the sun blocked by Arte+.

Those who think that the developer sucks morally, should gather and take action towards them. Those who think that this project is a jialat project and no hope, better sell ur units for a peace of mind. I still think it is a reasonably good project though. the problem is that the developer failed to deliver everything on time.

For those facing KLCC units, so noisy now, very challenging to sell and rent. But those Ampang view still ok, quiet. The Elements value should lay on its facilities, if developer fail to deliver what they had promised us, then we all being cooked. Where is our "paradise-like" sky garden. It looks so much smaller than the picture.

hmmm... you all think roughly by when can the facilities and all units be ready? seems like 1 month cannot gao dim like that...

+agree with amint . I actually like the place and consider to move in. But my unit is too small so I might rent extra unit.

Few times there I met 2 young couples and 1 gentleman already moving in. The ampang view is beautiful esp for high floor.

- car park entry and exit. Once you overcome the first few turns it is ok liao.

- rooftop still not put proper furniture. I don't think there will be any green up there. Put nice furniture and lighting for good ambience at night then ok. I saw some chess piece like things at the rooftop corridor

- the alcoves at the 6th floor area not reallywhat I imagined.

Overall to.me not bad but it could have been much better.

I think perhaps only next year all facilities can be fully up properly

Btw anyone planning to put grill outside the main door ?

Yes I think if big vehicle like x5 x6 4x4 pickup will be hard to enter carpark.

At the parking entrance should put a sign that "HUMMER NOT ALLOWED". LOL!

I drove my lowered audi A4, scraped. I drove my cx5, really have to be careful. really narrow wor.

Same to me (cx-5) last week, need extra be careful when drive SUV.

I wrote on the defects checklist, too many defects to list, please check thoroughly.
Asked them to call me to arrange for delivery when all the defects are done. Really unacceptable. The coordinator also poor thing, got an earful from me and he can only smile and shake head. Think he's also embarrassed.
