Is it possible to downgrade iOS6 to iOS5.1.1 ? iPhone 4S. My friend bought a phone which already pre install iOS6.

can always try to save using tinymbrella twice , with and without requesting from cydia. who knows sometimes apple sign an old firmware, happened before actually

my iphone 4s have shsh blob saved on cydia (jailbroken b4). Now i'm on ios 6.0.1, is that possible to downgrade bk to 5.1.1 and restore all my stuff in 6.0.1 to 5.1.1 ??

someone please help me. my phone is unable to boot right now. it shows connect to itunes.

im running 4.2.1 green poison jailbreak previously. i try updating to 5.1.1 but failed.

i've already backup my 4.2.1. after that i reset all setting. then restore to 5.1.1 ipsw. during the process it shows error 3194 / 21 / -1 / 1602 / 1601. i've tried many times and i get different error code as above
the very last thing i do before my phone cannot boot is i put it in DFU mode. after that itunes never recognise my phone and need to restore new ios to use.

i;ve try restoring to new ios 4.2.1 / 4.3.3 / 5.0.1 / 5.1.1 / 6.0.1 but all fail.

please help me. i have been battling with this for the whole sunday.

IINM, you cant update to 5.1.1 coz the signing blobs closed already, even the 6.0 window is no more

after so many problems i try to restore to latest ios which is the 6.0.1. still error -1/1602/1601 comes out. anyone help me?
i press restore from the itunes. error -1 come out. sometimes 1602 sometimes 1601.
i try downloading the ios 6.0.1 from directlink and put in my desktop. press shift+restore, locate the file then clock restore. same thing also. i;ve already put the phone in dfu mode.

yes. latest version from apple site. i even remove my anti virus and disable the windows defender/firewall


phone cannot recover due to error code come out. so now my phone is unable to boot. u turn it on the connect to itunes display comeout. open itunes connecting iphone it shows cannot detect iphone. need to restore.

Weird ehh, the iTunes could detect your phone is it? Been long using iPhone, yet never encounter such issue..
